I completely understand that sometimes plans change, and I’ll always do my best to be flexible where possible. To keep things fair and to ensure appointment times are respected, I kindly ask that you follow the policy below:

• Cancellations within 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked treatment fee.

• Missed appointments (no-shows), cancelation within 24hrs will be charged at 100% of the booked treatment fee.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments can make it difficult to offer that time to another client.
